By accessing and using ShyKlick, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Users (both Sellers and Distributors) must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including: • Full Name • Email Address • Mobile Number • Aadhar Card (verified) • PAN Card (for GST purposes) • Business Image • Address (verified via location services) • Owner Image • Shop Details • GST Registration Number (if applicable) All information provided is securely stored in MongoDB with encrypted file storage on secure servers. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
ShyKlick facilitates B2B commerce between sellers and distributors. The platform: • Allows product display by sellers • Enables order placement by distributors • Provides location-based calculations using Google Matrix API for accurate delivery estimates • Integrates Razorpay for secure payment processing • Provides admin panel access for order management, tracking, and delivery operations Admins have full control to receive, manage, track, and deliver orders on behalf of both parties.
All transactions are processed through Razorpay integration. By using the platform, you agree to: • Pay applicable fees for products and services • Comply with payment terms and conditions • Authorize Razorpay to process your payment information • Accept refund policies as outlined ShyKlick is not responsible for payment processing errors made by third-party payment gateways.
ShyKlick uses Google Matrix API to calculate distances and delivery times. By accepting these terms, you consent to: • Location tracking for delivery purposes • Use of location data to calculate shipping costs • Distance-based service offerings Your location data is treated as confidential and encrypted.
ShyKlick Administrators have the authority to: • Receive and process orders from both sellers and distributors • Manage order fulfillment and delivery • Track shipments in real-time • Handle disputes and customer service issues • Access order and user information as needed for operations Admins are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures: • All data is stored in MongoDB with encryption • Files uploaded by users are encrypted on secure servers • Regular security audits are conducted • User data is never shared with third parties without consent • Compliance with GDPR and Indian data protection regulations
Users agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Not engage in fraudulent transactions • Not misuse the platform for illegal activities • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect intellectual property rights • Not upload malicious or harmful content
ShyKlick is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or business interruption • Third-party payment gateway failures • Delivery delays due to external factors • Loss or damage to products during transit Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount.
All content on ShyKlick, including logos, design, and text, is the property of ShyKlick or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without explicit permission.
ShyKlick integrates with third-party services including Razorpay and Google Matrix API. We are not responsible for their operations, policies, or security. Please review their terms of service.
ShyKlick reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that: • Violate these terms and conditions • Engage in fraudulent activities • Violate applicable laws • Pose security risks to the platform Termination will result in loss of access to all platform services.
ShyKlick reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Any disputes arising from the use of ShyKlick shall be governed by Indian law. Users agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
