Your information is used for: • User account creation and verification • Identity and business verification • Order processing and fulfillment • Payment processing via Razorpay • Location-based services (Google Matrix API) • Delivery tracking and management • Communication regarding orders and services • Fraud prevention and security • Compliance with legal regulations • Platform improvements and analytics • Customer support

Identity and Business Documents: • Aadhar and PAN cards are encrypted immediately upon upload • Stored in secure, encrypted storage • Accessible only to authorized verification personnel • Used solely for identity and business verification • Retained for compliance purposes • Never shared with unauthorized parties Business Images: • Used for profile display and verification • Encrypted and securely stored • Accessible within platform ecosystem • Can be removed by user request
ShyKlick Admin Team: • Has controlled access to order information for management • Can view user details necessary for delivery and support • Bound by strict confidentiality agreements • Access is logged and monitored • Cannot access payment information • Cannot modify user personal documents Admins handle: • Order receipt and processing • Delivery coordination and tracking • Customer service and support • Dispute resolution

Your Location Data: • Used only for delivery distance calculations • Processed through Google Matrix API • Not shared with third parties • Can be disabled in account settings • Deleted upon account termination We do not track your movement or store continuous location history.
ShyKlick is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided information, we will delete it immediately.
Since our operations are based in India, data is stored and processed in accordance with Indian data protection laws. If you access ShyKlick from outside India, you consent to transfer of your data to India.
